Responsibilities and Qualifications

This is a Remote, US position


What You’ll Do:

Our BDRs play a key role in developing new pipeline opportunities to grow our SaaS business. You will be responsible for uncovering opportunities at large enterprise accounts using a variety of inbound and outbound prospecting techniques.  


In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with senior leaders at major global brands - who hire thousands of people a year! By introducing Harver, you have the chance to help these businesses deliver an exceptional candidate experience and hire talent in a fairer and more efficient way.


In this role you’ll get to:

  • Establish a market strategy for prospecting and identifying new potential client partners 
  • Educate the US market on how we can help companies grow and scale through our psychologically backed technology 
  • Create a roadmap for strategic outreach to new customers - including identifying decision makers and champions within an organization and properly positioning Harver to solve current hiring challenges
  • Track all client information and interaction via Salesforce and other resources provided to the sales team
  • Partner closely with a designated Account Executive to align on outreach strategy
  • Work in a dynamic fast-paced work environment with positive and mission-driven energy of the Harver Culture!
  • International business experience with colleagues and clients
